Main shut off valves are located UNDER the respective building with the exception of Bldg 5.

Bldg 5 is located under the back deck.

Many units have shut off valves located within the home. Please inquire with the homeowner.

The village maintains a strict ordinance regarding feeding or disrupting our wildlife. See the village website and adhere to all rules. Whispering Bluff will report any illegal acts appropriately.

FEE DESCRIPTION

Quarterly Maintenance Fees, due January 1, April 1, July 1 & October1

$800.00 per quarter

30-day grace period

Late Fees on any owed amount

$50.00 after 30 days, $100.00 after 60 days, $200.00 after 90 days. Lien will be filed after 90 days past due & water supply line may be stopped until all fees are paid in full.

Interest on outstanding balance due

.0075% or 3% per year, charged every quarter

Water cut off fee based on current plumber costs

Water Reconnection fee based on current plumber costs

Filing of lien $125.00 or based on current costs by Lincoln County Clerk’s Office

Releasing of Lien $125.00 or based on current costs by Lincoln County Clerk’s Office

Water Reconnection Administrative Fee:

$350.00

Transfer Fee on change of ownership of a unit $800.00 paid at closing
