Any changes to the doors or outside areas must be reviewed with the Property Manager for regulations and further information 

The Property Manager will coordinate maintenance requests.  All requests are based on labor availability, finances and working in compliance to Village Ordinance.

WATER SHUT OFF VALVES

Main shut off valves are located UNDER the respective building with the exception of Bldg 5.  

Bldg 5 is located under the back deck.  

Many units have shut off valves located within the home.  Please inquire with the homeowner.
