Late Fall Announcements
We have updated our bulletin board on premises. Please check the new notices and reach out if questions arise.
- DO NOT FEED the wildlife. This is a Village ordinance as well.
- Pets are only allowed on premises by homeowners themselves or long term renters with a pet policy in place.
- Sand is available near Bldg 3 for anyone needing help with traction from ice & snow.
- Please DO NOT use ice melt on painted or wood surfaces. Blue buckets contain ice melt.
- Be kind in the manner and location of your parking.
PLEASE REVIEW the Rules & Regulations of the complex and the Village of Ruidoso.

Parking:
We have discussed several times before about our parking situation and continue to research ways in which we may find positive solutions. At this time we again ask that everyone limit their parking to 1 car per unit. We also ask that you remind your rental agents and guests of this request. If an additional vehicle is needed to be parked, please use another parking area that is empty and walk back to your building. Congestion is commonly seen at Bldgs 2, 8 & 6.

Water Service Lines in Ruidoso
The Village of Ruidoso is currently conducting a service line inventory of our water supply across the Village. The HOA has been advised that our water supply lines on our private property is a combination of galvanized & PVC pipes and we have reported this accordingly to the Village offices. If you would like to test your own unit water for potential lead levels, please contact the Village Water Department at 575-258-4343 for further information and guidance.
