Early Spring Announcements

  • Please remember that it is against the Village of Ruidoso ordinance to feed the wildlife.  We ask that you remind your guests as well that the wildlife are not pets and feeding them causes problems overall.
  • Keep the trash in the dumpsters.   We do have wildlife roaming around that are looking for easy food.  Discarded items causes messes and problems when they are not securely placed in the dumpsters.
  •  Be mindful of our fire restrictions and help us keep the complex and village safe by following the directions given.
  • Our ground work is being completed as the weather allows; however, as always we are going to favor on the side of "safety first" for both our Maintenance people and yourselves as homeowners.   Please refrain from using ladders, outside water or any other situations that could heighten the safety factor during the colder months.   
  • Be kind and consider the way you park and where you park.  We have a limited parking lot and appreciate everyone following the (1) car rule and being considerate.

Parking:

We have discussed several times before about our parking situation and continue to research ways in which we may find positive solutions. At this time we again ask that everyone limit their parking to 1 car per unit. We also ask that you remind your rental agents and guests of this request. If an additional vehicle is needed to be parked, please use another parking area that is empty and walk back to your building. Congestion is commonly seen at Bldgs 2, 8 & 6.
